3. User Accounts and Registration

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for your selected plan.

5.3 Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Automatic renewal applies unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• No refunds for partial months, except as required by law

5.4 Failed Payments

If payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method. After this period, your account may be downgraded or suspended.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• Scaling Plan: Priority support and team collaboration features
• Dominance Plan: VIP support with dedicated assistance

8. Data and Privacy

11. Termination

15. Affiliate Program

Our affiliate program allows qualified users to earn commissions by referring new customers:

• Fraudulent referrals or violations may result in forfeiture of commissions
